How is the certificate delivered?

  • Participants who have watched the training videos may take the certification exam to measure and register their knowledge.
  • The certification exam is composed of multiple-choice questions. A user who answers all questions correctly will attain a total of 100 points. To be eligible for certification, participants must achieve a minimum score of 70 out of 100. It’s noteworthy that not all questions carry the same weight; some are weighted more heavily than others.
  • Participants securing at least 70 points on the exam are recognized by the system and receive a certificate within 24 hours.
  • Those who score below 70 points will not receive any notification, except for the screen displayed at the conclusion of the exam.
  • Participants are permitted to undertake the training and the exam an unlimited number of times.
  • The answer key remains confidential and is not shared with participants. Any requests for it will go unanswered.
